Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@deborahanddiane.com as soon as possible.
To help us review your request, you are required to provide clear photos as proof of the issue. Please include:
- clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- photos of the packaging, if applicable
- a short description of the issue
Once we receive your request and can confirm that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- a free replacement item
- a refund to your original payment method
- a coupon code/store credit so you can place a new order yourself or choose another item from our store
If you prefer not to receive a replacement item, you may request a refund instead, where applicable.
Please note that claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items cannot be approved without clear photo evidence.
Wrong Product or Variant Received
If you ordered a specific product, size, color, or variant but received a different item, please contact us at support@deborahanddiane.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the item you received. Once verified, we will help arrange a suitable solution, such as sending the correct item, issuing a refund, or providing a coupon code/store credit so you can place a new order.
